More than 80 alumni and friends reconnected, networked, and had the opportunity to meet with staff from the Center for Career Education and the Office of Alumni and Development.
Dean Awn welcomed the attendees and recognized the School's recent accomplishments, including the launch of GS's new Dual BA Program with Sciences Po and the creation of the Office of Educational Financing, which streamlines the financial aid process for current students.
Another highlight of the evening was the announcement by Richie Space that two anonymous alumni had each given matching gifts that evening of $3,000. Recent alumni were challenged to take advantage of the opportunity to double their gift to the GS Annual Fund.
This very generous match opportunity will provide up to $9,000 to support scholarships, student/faculty interaction, academic resources, and tutoring for GS students.
