David Hylden, GS Class of 2009 Valedictorian, recently appeared on PBS NewsHour in a story entitled "Business Fund Puts African Farmers on Road to Market" as a representative for the One Acre Fund. One Acre Fund brings struggling farmers from Kenya, Rwanda, and Burundi together through training, resources, and market access. The organization's work has helped more than 100,000 families create successful farming businesses in east Africa.
