Columbia Residential has extended the Spring 2020 waitlist and will continue to accept housing applications until February 28, 2020. Any student who accepts a housing offer between February 5 -March 6 will receive a 15% rent discount for the Spring 2020 semester.
Any eligible student in need of housing within the next month should take the following steps:
- Submit an application for housing on the Housing Portal
- Visit the Waitlist page on Wednesdays between 11 AM – 1 PM between February 5 – 26
- All available inventory will be posted for review
- Actual rents will be listed, but students who move into housing between now and March 6 will automatically receive a 15% credit for Spring 2020 rent. Students who renew their housing agreement beyond May 31, 2020 will be charged the full rent starting June 1, 2020.
- Submit three potential options using the form linked on that page
- Review & accept the housing offer on the Housing Portal before the offer expires (next business day)
