Student Life Advisory & Allocations Board

The GS Student Life Advisory & Allocations Board provides the opportunity to bring student voices directly into the program and policy development of GS Student Life. Students on the Board evaluate current programming and share feedback about GS Student Life initiatives.

The GS Student Life Advisory & Allocations Board also provides financial support to individual GS students and student organizations for events and initiatives that support  GS community such as co-curricular programs, conferences, membership fees, trainings, and more. Applicants seeking funding may either be recognized GS student organizations, unrecognized student clubs at GS, or individual GS students wishing to receive funding from GS Student Life and the Dean of Students Office. Funding requests will be reviewed by the Allocations Board, which consists of GS Student Life staff members and student committee members (who applied and have been selected to serve on the committee).

To apply for funding, submit the following application. Funding applications should be submitted a minimum of six weeks prior to the date of the event or initiative. Upon receipt of your application, GS Student Life will contact you regarding the next steps.
