Position Description
Jane Yoo, MD, PLLC is seeking a medical receptionist/assistant and clinical trial volunteer to join a team at her private practice focused on medicine, surgery and cosmetics.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting patients upon arrival, signing them in and obtaining insurance information
• Providing patients with intake forms and copies of office policies and procedures
• Answering phones and processing payments for patients
• Scheduling appointments through the EMR
• Assisting with writing for clinical trial reports
• Performing clinical trial subject intake
• Managing study documentation/imaging
• Ensuring all trial related reports, labs, and information are filed
• Stocking exam rooms with adequate medical supplies
• Maintaining instruments

• Taking phone messages and providing feedback and answers to any patient/pharmacy calls

Position Requirements

• Attention to detail
• Punctual
• Proficient with computers

Time Commitment
Part-time (8 hours per week with a one-year commitment)
