Position Description
Moskowitz Eye Care is seeking an assistant for their established medical/laser vision correction practice located on the Upper East Side at 114 East 72nd Street. This position offers the opportunity to gain valuable exposure to laser vision correction.
Responsibilities include:
- Helping with patient registration, i.e., scheduling appointments, entering insurance information, collecting payments
- Answering phones and booking appointments
- Performing diagnostic tests, and in the process, learning how to interpret them
- Working with patients and observing surgeries
Time Commitment
Part-time, 10 hours on Monday and Thursday and four hours on Friday mornings.
