Position Description
The Translational Cognitive Neuroscience Laboratory at Columbia University Irving Medical Center is seeking a technician to assist in the analysis of neuroimaging data. Among the imaging modalities that are analyzed are structural and functional MRI, lesion segmentation, and diffusion weighted imaging.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining all imaging analysis
- Completing pre- and post-processing of MRI and fMRI data
- Troubleshooting any problem areas within analysis pipelines
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, physics, or related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Experience with pre-processing of multimodal neuroimaging data and familiarity with MatLab a plus
Time Commitment
Full-time, with a commitment of two years preferred
