Position Description
The Albert Einstein College of Medicine Department of Pediatrics is seeking to hire a Senior Study Coordinator.

The Senior Study Coordinator for ECHOS team manages research project activities funded by the NIH, as well as private funders, being conducted by Dr. Tamar Rubinstein. The Principal Investigator is an Assistant Professor in Pediatrics and Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences. The main research study “Engagement and Depression in Adolescents and Young Adults with Childhood-Onset Lupus” is focused on understanding psychosocial factors influencing health outcomes in youth with lupus. Dr. Rubinstein's research focus is on identifying biopsychosocial mechanisms for disease outcomes, using patient & community-engaged approaches to address health disparities, and finding targets to improve health outcomes for vulnerable youth with lupus.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring the quality and integrity of data collection
  • Organizing team meetings, including those with community partners, administrative and regulatory tasks related to study execution
  • Helping to prepare manuscripts and scholarly products as well as patient-facing material to disseminate results and findings of studies

Study coordinators will have the opportunity to take the lead on papers and presentations, if desired.

Full-time, minimum two-year commitment
