Position Description
The Massachusetts General Immunoprofiling laboratory is a translational research group focused on using cutting-edge genomics and microscopy to understand human cancer immunology, and are seeking to hire a research technician.

Their primary objective is to develop tools to predict patient response to immunotherapy that they translate into clinical tests. At the same time, they seek to broaden their understanding of basic tumor immunology. Their approach is to use unbiased methodologies, including screens and single cell RNA sequencing of human cancer specimens, to identify clinically useful biomarkers. They also work extensively with novel ultrahigh-plex RNA imaging technologies. Ideal candidates are interested in working at the interface of research and clinical medicine (e.g. recent college graduates considering MD and/or PhD training). They prioritize mentorship and seek to prepare trainees for successful careers in biomedical research.
