Position Description
BronxCare Health System is seeking two students to work as analysts in their Population Health Department. The Population Health department develops outpatient initiatives aimed to improve the health of Bronx residents.
Responsibilities include:
- Improving adherence to preventive care guidelines
- Growing provider-patient panels
- Decreasing cost of care and increasing revenue
- Improving patient experience in the clinics
- Improving physician productivity and efficiency in terms of improving patient health
- Compiling, distributing, and presenting progress/performance reports to both clinical and non-clinical staff on a regular basis
Position requirements:

Strong analytical and investigative skills

SQL proficiency required

Strong MS Excel skills

Ability to self-teach and investigate

Desire to improve health outcomes with technology

Further programming skills a plus

NET or C# experience a plus

MS Access a plus
Time-Commitment
Full-time, Monday - Friday.
Positions are available immediately or you can begin after graduation in May.
