While financial aid is administered directly by the institution a student is attending during the academic year, the financial aid process is consolidated through this application for entering students.
Based on the submission of the Dual BA Program Application for Financial Aid and supporting documentation, students will receive a financial aid package that will include projected financial awards for the full four-year program.
Applicants for Fall 2019 admission who wish to request scholarship funding from either Trinity College Dublin or Columbia University must submit the Dual BA Program Application for Financial Aid by February 15, 2019.
- You may not save your application and return to it at a future time.
- Anywhere it requests information regarding currency, please input in U.S. currency.
The final question of this application is an optional brief statement. Because it is not possible for students to save their work and return to the application at a later time, we suggest composing the brief statement in a word processing program before beginning the application.
Students should report any technical issues experienced while using the application to email@example.com, providing their name and as much detail as possible about the issues they are experiencing.
The Dual BA Program scholarship committee requires that all students applying for financial aid submit supporting documentation. Students who are not U.S. citizens or permanent residents will be given the opportunity to include family financial information as part of their scholarship application. In addition, students will have the opportunity to submit additional supporting documentation in a single PDF file as they complete the scholarship form.
U.S. Citizens and Permanent Residents
In addition to the Scholarship Application form, all U.S. citizens or permanent residents applying for financial aid are required to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) by February 15, 2019.
The Trinity College Dublin FAFSA code is G06842.
The Columbia University FAFSA code is 002707.
In addition to the Scholarship Application form, all non-U.S. citizens applying for financial aid are required to submit the International Student Financial Aid Supplement by February 15, 2019.
Proof of income and documents explaining a student's family situation (e.g., income tax returns for both parents, payslips, divorce certificate, unemployment benefits, documents related to alimony, child support, retirement pensions, death certificates, etc.) may be submitted as a single PDF within the Dual BA Program Application for Financial Aid.
