Susan K. Feagin '74 Receives Lifetime Achievement Award

GS alumna and Special Advisor to Columbia University President Bollinger Susan K. Feagin '74 was recently awarded the Council for Advancement and Support of Education’s E. Burr Gibson Lifetime Achievement Award.

The award "honors an individual whose professional accomplishments have made a significant and lasting impact on the field of institutional advancement and whose life and character have earned the respect and admiration of his or her professional colleagues."

Feagin, who has served the University in leadership positions primarily in institutional advancement off and on since 1968, has been recognized for her outstanding contribution to higher education many times. A 2011 Alumni Medalist, she has also endowed several named GS scholarships, which include the Susan Kay Feagin Scholarship.
