Students are invited to Join Alice! Health Promotion for a three-week Wellness Series by registering for one or all events. The guided conversations and workshops will include topics on Developing Healthy Coping Skills, Time Management, Sleep Hygiene, and Reducing & Managing Stress.

Reducing & Managing Stress Workshop

This workshop focuses on learning coping strategies and effective ways to mitigate and manage stress in a virtual world as well as managing stress throughout life transitions.

This workshop focuses on discussing factors that impact time-choice, managing time effectively, building a balanced schedule, and tools for overcoming procrastination.

Sleep Hygiene Workshop

Wed., Oct. 21, 12 p.m. 
This workshop focuses on sleep hygiene and ways to overcome barriers to maximizing bedtime performance.
