Zumba Fitness Class

Get moving with a fun virtual Zumba fitness class, led by PEREC instructor Celeste! Zumba mixes low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. All fitness levels are welcome.

We suggest that you use a yoga mat for comfort while you perform these exercises. Columbia Intercollegiate Athletics and Physical Education offers fitness and wellness content designed for recreational purposes only. If you have any questions or concerns about your health or ability to participate safely, you should consult with a physician or health care professional. Participation is at your own risk. Columbia Intercollegiate Athletics and Physical Education assume no responsibility for any injury or illness incurred while participating. If you experience any dizziness, nausea, pain or shortness of breath while exercising, please stop immediately and seek medical attention.

RSVP is required. After you complete your registration and submit the liability waiver, you'll receive a confirmation email with instructions on joining the Zoom link.
