Join Columbia Physical Education and Recreation for virtual Vinyasa class on Zoom! No equipment (and very little space) required for these bodyweight training formats. Vinyasa yoga is a vigorous style based on a series of poses performed in rapid flow connecting movement and breath. This class is for all levels.

The classes include a variety of bodyweight exercises to improve cardiovascular and strength fitness which focuses on functional strength, core strength and posture. We suggest that you use a yoga mat for comfort while you perform these exercises.
