FLI Friday: Build Connections to Support Your Career with CCE

November 12, 2021
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
America/New_York
Lewisohn Hall, 2970 Broadway, New York, NY 10027

During the FLI Friday programming for GS students, join a special discussion with career counselors from the Center for Career Education (CCE) who will offer support for how to build and develop your network specifically for FLI students. We recognize that you may be settling back into life on campus and are happy to support you wherever you are in considering career interests and plans.  We will provide some concrete strategies for ways that you can build connections and work with CCE including using LionSHARE as a hub of information and developing your narrative when meeting career professionals. We can support GS students in translating past experience and skills when building connections. There is no preparation necessary for the session and we will be sure to leave time to talk through any questions. This workshop will be fully virtual on Zoom, with the option to view it live from the 612 conference room of Lewisohn Hall. Lunch will be provided to those who participate from the 612 conference room. The zoom link will be emailed to registrants 30 minutes before the session.
