Position Description
The Columbia University Hood Visual Science Lab, located in Schermerhorn Hall, is seeking undergraduate students interested in working in a clinical/translational research lab. The Hood lab is interested in the physiological basis of both normal and abnormal visual processing. Using behavioral and OCT imaging techniques, they study the vision of both normal individuals and patients with various diseases of the optic nerve and retina

Responsibilities Include

  • Generating and analyzing OCT reports. 
  • Conducting tests for weekly/monthly meetings with clinicians
  • Assisting with other research related tasks and projects in the lab  

Time Commitment
Part-time, with an average commitment of around 10-15 hours per week.
