Position Description
The Ditmas Park Rehabilitation Center in Brooklyn, NY is seeking volunteer clinical interns to assist with wound care rounds led by a general surgeon.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting the general surgeon during examinations and surgical procedures
- Recording wound dimensions, descriptions, and treatments
Position Requirements
- Must be able to attend the entire duration of rounds every Wednesday for six consecutive months
Time Commitment
Volunteer, Part-time (every Wednesday 7:30 a.m. - 2 p.m.), with a minimum commitment of six consecutive months
