Position Description
The Massachusetts General Hospital, Center for Women's Mental Health is seeking a senior clinical research coordinator for their program dedicated to the evaluation and treatment of psychiatric disorders associated with female reproductive function.

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing regulatory compliance with IRB and sponsor guidelines
  • Assisting with the preparation and communication of progress reporting to study sponsors
  • Overseeing adverse event and serious adverse event monitoring per protocol and in accordance with MGH research policies
  • Overseeing database management
  • Developing and implementing a QA/QC plan for a large REDCap database
  • Coordinating and performing data pulls
  • Coordinating data cleaning and analysis with a staff biostatistician
  • Supervising the preparation and submission of poster presentations and manuscripts; preparing and reviewing methods and analytic plans
  • Developing and implementing process and performance improvement projects
  • Conducting study visits and managing electronic deployment of surveys
  • Managing the recruitment, screening and enrollment of research patients; develop marketing strategies and deploy assets for study recruitment
  • Performing data collection and entry
  • Performing data quality audits

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least three years research and data management experience
  • Experience with REDCap databases and regulatory/IRB submissions a plus
  • Data cleaning skills with either R, Stata, or SAS, and prior experience working with statisticians a plus
  • Relocation to Boston (hybrid work model)

Time Commitment
Full-time, 9 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. 

Compensation
Annual compensation will start at $57,000 per year, and benefits are available.
