Tuition and Fees
Dual BA students will be charged the tuition rate of the institution they are currently attending. Students in the first two years of the program will be charged the Sciences Po tuition rate, while students in the final two years of the program will be charged the Columbia University tuition rate.
Sciences Po
The tuition fees system distinguishes between two major categories of students:
- Students whose tax residence is in the European Union, pay fees according to a sliding scale from €0 to €9,800/year for the undergraduate program depending on total declared income and the size of the household.
- Students whose tax residence is not in the EuropeanUnion will pay fees of €9,800/year for the undergraduate program.

Columbia
The approximate average annual cost of full-time attendance at the University for the academic year 2012-2013 is as follows:
Tuition for a 30-credit program: $43,620
Tuition per credit: $1,454
Estimated Living (room and board) and personal expenses (books, local commuting costs, and miscellaneous expenses): $22,045
