Planned Enrollment Form

The Planned Enrollment Form allows the GS Office of Educational Financing to confirm the number of points for which students anticipate enrolling in the coming academic year, and is a required document for the financial aid process. In order to access the Planned Enrollment Form, students will need their Columbia Student ID number, which is available in SSOL.

U.S. Citizens and Permanent Residents

In addition to the Continuing Student Scholarship Form and Planned Enrollment Form, U.S. citizens or permanent residents applying for financial aid are required to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

Non-U.S. Citizens

In addition to the Continuing Student Scholarship Form and Planned Enrollment Form, non-U.S. citizens applying for financial aid are required to submit the International Student Financial Aid Supplement.

Students who have questions or concerns about this information, or who seek financial aid advising for years three and four of the Dual BA Program, may schedule an advising appointment to speak with someone in the GS Office of Educational Financing.
