Help Rooms

Math Help Rooms

Math Help Rooms are located on both the Columbia and Barnard campuses and are open to all Postbaccalaureate Premedical students throughout the academic year. No appointments are required, and all members of the Help Room staff should be able to answer questions about the material in the course.

Physics Help Room

Staffed by knowledgeable graduate students, the Physics Help Room opens during the second week of classes.

Location: 413 Pupin

Writing Center

The Undergraduate Writing Program sponsors the Writing Center, which offers individual writing consultations to students enrolled in Columbia University courses. The center provides writers of all abilities with the opportunity to have detailed conversations about their writing with experienced graduate student consultants. Students are invited to work with the center's consultants at any stage in the writing process.
